We provide Community and Primary Care services to our local residents

We’re on a mission to transform the health of residents and tackle health inequality in St Helens South. Together we can ensure every resident has accessible, high-quality and reliable health and wellbeing services on their doorstep.

St. Helens South Primary Care Network is proud to work collaboratively with a variety of healthcare professionals and organisations to provide comprehensive and patient-focused care to the community.
Our network consists of dedicated GPs, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals who work together to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
We also partner with various community organisations, local authorities, and other healthcare providers to offer a holistic approach to healthcare
