OT’s focus on enabling people living with a range of health problems and chronic conditions to overcome the barriers so they can participate in everyday life and improve their health and wellbeing.
Following a referral to our occupational therapy team, they will contact you directly and arrange a suitable time to visit your home. During this visit, they will discuss what is important to you, what activities of daily living you may find difficult to see if there is another way you can do them and devise a therapeutic plan to support you. Our occupational therapists can provide patients with equipment, mobility aids and grab rails around your home to promote your independence and well being.
