Latoya is a valued, positive and proactive member of the PCN Leadership team. Latoya supports the corporate operations of the PCN working alongside the Clinical Director, Directors and member practices to deliver the Primary Care Network’s agenda.
Latoya has an academic law background coupled with extensive experience obtained through NHS Work.
Quick to familiarise herself with new skills and concepts whilst demonstrating strong organisational capabilities, helping to deliver the corporate structure for the PCN and to achieve consensus and drive through and deliver agreed changes, ensuring PCN services are efficiently and effectively managed to deliver agreed outcomes for patients and member practices.
She is a confident communicator and negotiator who is able to develop positive internal and external relationships with her teams.
Latoya enjoys being part of, as well as managing and motivating, a successful and productive PCN team and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environment.
Outside of work you will find Latoya on the football field cheering on her Sons. Latoya likes to go walking and is a big advocate for Self-Care.
