Suzanne is an experienced and approachable HR Manager with over 25 years of leadership experience in HR and recruitment.
Passionate about people and workplace culture, Suzanne has built successful HR functions throughout her career and is known for her practical, solution-focused approach. She enjoys finding creative ways to improve HR processes and support both managers and employees, ensuring that people feel valued, supported and able to do their best work.
Since joining the PCN in 2023, Suzanne has led and managed the HR team, supporting workforce development and helping to create a positive and inclusive working environment across the organisation. As a member of the PCN’s senior management team, she is committed to building strong relationships, promoting collaboration and ensuring colleagues feel engaged and empowered.
Suzanne believes that transparent communication and cohesive teams are key to organisational success. She is passionate about creating workplaces where everyone feels respected, supported and able to thrive.
Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family. Living near the beach, she loves long coastal walks with her dogs and spending time in the kitchen, where cooking remains one of her favourite pastimes.
