Marie has developed her career in helping people to reach their full potential by coaching them to change their lives be it positive mental attitude or achieving their goals.
She has a combined 35-years’ worth of experience working in the NHS, public, education, wellbeing and voluntary sectors and in roles such as Stroke Recovery Service Coordinator and as a Youth and Community Development Officer with St Helens MBC, before we were delighted to have her join the PCN.
As the Social Prescribing PCN Lead, Marie is a caring, proactive, adaptable and conscientious individual who leads our team of social prescribers for the PCN and our member practices.
Working collaboratively within the PCN Network, Marie and her team works closely with the Public Health, Voluntary Sector, as part of a multidisciplinary team to help those in the St Helens South community gain better access to resources to support their mental health and wellbeing and improve quality of life.
Outside of work, Marie is a mum to 1 son aged 23 and she likes walking, camping, Kayaking and country music.
